Founded in 2003, Knowl Hill is a landscape contractor that has been involved in major projects typically valued between £500,000 and £5,000,000.

We can take your project right through from the planning stage to construction and completion on time and on budget. We can work with you to secure planning permission, design the landscape you need, build it and nurture it so the plants blend perfectly with the surrounding environment. We also specialise in ‘turn key’ projects – delivered from start to finish under contract.

Knowl Hill brings a comprehensive ‘life-cycle’ approach to each project. Our expertise covers every area of landscape construction or re-contouring using imported materials – from the preliminary planning stages through to construction and onto the handover at the end of the project.

As a responsible company, we keep our practice ahead of legislation by offering the very best in environmental and safety management.

We use Environment Agency approved materials such as excavated soil to build landscapes for businesses, landowners and community groups – either as a contractor, developer or in partnership. The landscapes we build include bunds (noise barriers), parks, sports pitches, golf facilities and leisure facilities – all at low or no cost because we reuse and recycle safe, waste material to create them.
